Vessel Ministries

Kathy Slamp's Christian speaking and writing ministry based on II Cor. 4:7

Five years after his final release from another prison, Mandela and many other political prisoners returned to Robben Island. After all the ceremonies, it was very quiet in this rock quary where they were forced to dig with their hands.
Manela walked over and picked up one rock and pick up a random rock and laid it in the middle of the quarry. Others followed, and this pile has been left as a memorial to them.
